Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Smosh gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and clearance items may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the return journey.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
